The difficulty arises when the surveys are not facilitated at a table in an office, but rather on board a bus. In this case, the stewardess or the driver must carry several dozen printed surveys and distribute them to each passenger so that they can complete them. At the end, these surveys must be collected and stored for later computerization and processing. This is not practical in a moving vehicle. What to do then?
