In order to provide products and services that fully meet the needs of external and internal customers with the efficiency outlined in our procedures, Management sets forth the following Quality and Environmental Policy, upon which the Quality and Environmental Management System is based, and which will be periodically reviewed through the Management Review of the System:

QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY – AZIMUTEL

Quality Commitments:

  • To meet the quality standards set forth in our procedures and to treat complaints as an opportunity for improvement and a source of lessons learned to enhance quality, while complying with applicable laws at all times.
  • To integrate the company's human and technical resources into the proper management and effectiveness of AZIMUTEL's quality system, thereby achieving continuous improvement in the company's quality policies and customer satisfaction.
  • The ongoing transformation of the retail sector driven by digitalization is leading to constant change and improvement in the quality of service provided to customers through these digital channels, which in turn requires us to focus on process quality. Consequently, both human resources and processes must be continuously adapted to these changes, as must our quality policy.
